Bottom Line: Life Force Energy and Intention
Source energy is the primal energy source our bodies have access to. Without it, our bodies cannot develop in the first place, and they cannot be maintained. The idea of a primal energy known as “chi” being built up by cavities in the body is common in traditional Chinese medicine, and we acknowledge the role of body cavities in our more advanced research.
In simpler terms, however, the ability to build layers of structured water (also called EZ layers) along every water-loving surface in the body is critical to creating a “battery effect” out of water, as substantially demonstrated by Dr. Gerald Pollack in his book, The Fourth Phase of Water.
This process of separating positive and negative charges in and around every cell and activating this battery especially via heat is present with us from conception and helps to drive every process in the body. So any depletion in source energy can lead to physical problems.
Source Driver is designed to optimize the development of these EZ layers, thus helping to energize everything from cells to tissues to organs and systems, which in turn produce other fields, or Energetic Drivers. This makes it our master Driver.
The Source Driver field is associated with the formation of the reticuloendothelial system, which is a network of cells in the blood and tissues that help to clear away dead cells and remove “foreign” cells (anything that isn’t recognized as you and that could be harmful, such as a bacteria, virus or a toxin). This system also helps to renew and cleanse the blood by removing old and damaged blood cells. There is also a link with Source Driver and the formation of blood platelets, which help to repair your blood vessels and prevent excessive bleeding by clotting your blood.
Issues: When Source is showing as a priority we need to focus on initiating or raising energy up a level. This may be needed to promote healing, to kick-start a creative project, or to give you more energy to support you through a challenge. Some of the things that can deplete source energy are prolonged stress, illness, being indoors too much, chronic shallow breathing, poor nutrition and exposure to toxins, bacteria and viruses.

- Check out your breathing. Shallow breathing is common, especially when we are stressed. Breathe deeply and expansively.
- Get moving. Movement creates energy and flow. Yoga: The Sun Cycle. Qi gong. Aerobic exercise.
- Check out the structures in your body. Is poor posture affecting your ability to breathe or to circulate oxygen around your body?
- Feng shui the flow of source energy in your home, clear the clutter, reduce energy-depleting sources of EMF pollution.
