Mg Synergy includes a full spectrum of special purpose and highly bioavailable forms of Magnesium. It includes Magnesium Threonate, the only form to cross the blood-brain barrier. Also included are ingredients to boost intestinal and cellular absorption. Synergistic Coenzymes (the active form of vitamins) and Minerals are now included as well.
