Vagus Nerve Stimulation with miHealth:


Cranial Nerve XII is the wandering nerve.

In addition to serving most of the internal organs, the 12th Cranial Nerve peeks out at the ears, where we can access it for Vagus Nerve stimulation therapy.

Use a little bit of Water or Electrode Gel to ensure good electrical contact between the electrodes and the skin.

Attach electrodes to inside of Concha & Tragus of each ear.

Keep miHealth at default setting of Intensity Level 1.

Use no higher than 10% power level.

Start at 5 minutes a day total for home use.

Try to use at least once a week if done in office.

Build up to 10 to 20 minutes a day total according to tolerance.
