This book not only explains in depth what dry eye symptom is, but it also gives you alternative natural ways to cope with the problem.
In the book you can find very useful information about some of the most common risk factors that can cause and later aggravate the condition.
What I found most interesting and helpful to know was that we have to avoid staring at our phone and computer screens for too long; we should constantly make sure that we stay hydrated throughout the day and that apart from other damages they cause fizzy drinks, caffeine and alcohol also contribute to experiencing dry eye symptoms.
You can also learn what foods you should avoid if you have Sjogren`s syndrome – a condition that is very often misdiagnosed especially in women over forty years of age.
